Groove in the Wild volunteers and community are the glue to the festival and help make it ever so special. Without your help, none of this would be possible. We are all so grateful to be part of this amazing community and ever so thankful of the incredible individuals who give their time and energy to making Groove in the Wild special for everyone.

Would you like to join our crew? If so, please read the information available to understand the level of dedication and commitment required before proceeding to the application form.


Benefits of joining the crew:

  • Entry to the festival.

  • Extra early arrival.

  • Arrive and set up earlier than the rest and see the magic come to life.

  • Crew Camping.

  • Designated crew camp site.

  • One meal per 8 hr shift.

  • Groove in the Wild pack.

  • Being part of the Groove in the Wild team and assisting in making magic for yourself, friends and other festival goers.

  • Meeting other festival goers and amazing crew members.

  • Life changing memories you’ll never forget!



  • Arrive prepared and on time to your shift, well rested and sober.

  • Responsibility of your own health and well being. Ensure to eat, rest and drink enough water to able to carry out your expected shifts and duties.

  • Follow all Groove in the Wild, Work Safe BC regulations and First Nations laws according to Cel7wet.

  • Complete a mandatory safety orientation prior to working and a toolbox meeting before each of your shifts.

  • Ensure you are timely to your shifts and sign in and out with your supervisor. This is required for ensuring your deposit will be returned in full and eligibility for next years program.
