Vendor Information (PLEASE READ)
Thank you for your interest in Groove in the Wild vending. Whether you are a small time or big time vendor, we would love to have you join us. We are committed to selecting the finest vendors for food, crafts and merchandise. There will be no unauthorized vending allowed anywhere other than in the approved marketplaces. Please note all applications will be reviewed and need to be approved. Completing this form does not guarantee acceptance. Applications close April 30th. Successful applicants will be contacted within 2 weeks. Once approved more details will be sent. Please ensure you are clear and understand all details listed under your applicable section on the website. Vending fees: Exhibit (display only): Free Crafts/Clothes Vendor: Large Store 10' x 20' : $400 plus 5% GST. Small Store 10' x 10' : $300 plus 5% GST. Food Vendor: $1,000 + 10% of sales plus 5% GST. Services (please describe ie. Hairdressing, face paint, massage, nails etc.): $300 plus 5% GST. Please be aware, this is an application form and does not confirm vending status at the festival.
Volunteer Information (PLEASE READ)
Thank you for your interest in Groove in the Wild volunteering. Whether you can serve 4 hours or 20 hours, we would love to have you join us. We need help in many areas, feel free to select a position that best suits you and your strengths! You could earn a Full Event ticket, half-price ticket or more in exchange for your time. Volunteer rewards are dependent on time spent helping out. 8 hours = 1/2 price ticket 16 hours = free ticket Shifts will require a deposit or a full ticket purchase (to be refunded after), as you will receive your wristband prior to working. This is to minimize cancellations and "no shows" which unfortunately happen. Please note, your application will not be considered without the purchase of a full ticket. Please be aware, this is an application form and does not confirm volunteer status at the festival. Must be over 19 years old. Applications are closed after May 31st.
